Forgotten Foods Festival
Join us to celebrate Chef Driven's inaugural Forgotten Foods Festival, an homage to dishes that have all but disappeared from today's dining scene. Running at our restaurants across the city from March 28th to April 6th.
Nice’s historic ties to the city and cuisine of Genoa inspired us to dive into recipes from the ancient cookbook of Apicius, considered to be one of the oldest collections of Roman recipes. These truly forgotten dishes hark back to a time before tomatoes, potatoes and even pasta were introduced.
